Boundary Survey

 

Locate and identify all property lines, set monuments, provide map as needed and record the survey with the county recorder.

Topographic Survey

 

Locate all hardscape and features, provide map and DWG file for your architect. Usually combined with a boundary survey.

Subdivision

 

Subdivision of land into smaller parcels or units. A tentative map, tract or parcel map and condo plan (if applicable) are provided. Permanent monuments are set.

Records of Survey

 

A boundary survey requires a Record of Survey when there is lack of sufficient monumentation, when a lot line or lines have been created by deed, or under other specific conditions.

ALTA Survey

 

For commercial property. A survey that meets the requirements of the American Land Title Association.
